What happens if I arrive outside key delivery hours?There is no problem, since we have personalized solutions to meet your needs. We invite you to contact our reception and confirm your arrival time to provide you with a suitable solution.

What is the pet policy?The current pet policy is fully detailed in the PDF document we will provide.

What are the pool hours?The pool and its enclosure open at 10:00 a.m. and close at 9:00 p.m.

When does the pool season open?The pool opens at Easter and closes at the beginning of November.

Is the parking covered?The parking space is uncovered and will be delivered once check-in has been completed.

What time is the departure/check-out of the apartment?Departure/check-out is before 10:30 am and the keys must be left at the same reception.

Is there Wifi in the apartments?We have free Wifi in the apartments.

Can barbecues be held in the apartments?It is prohibited to have any type of barbecue or open fire in the complex.

How many pets can I bring?A maximum of 2 pets can enter the apartments per apartment.

Are there sheets and blankets in the apartments?Sheets and blankets are included and will be found in the apartments.

Are there towels in the apartments?Towels are not included. You can rent them at the reception upon arrival (2 euros per towel).

Can we rent a crib for children under 2 years old?We have cribs for rent. Please contact our reception to reserve your cot in time. The price per cot and day is 3 euros.

Do you have a community laundry?We have a communal laundry with a washing machine (4 euros for washing) and a dryer (3 euros for drying)

What documentation do I need to hand over keys/check-in?To check-in, you must present the ID, passport or identification card of all guests over 14 years of age, as well as a credit card.

Is there air conditioning in the apartment?All our apartments have air conditioning with heat pump.

What type of coffee maker is in the apartments?You will find an electric drip coffee maker.

What is included in the accommodation?The accommodation includes sheets, safe, Smart-TV, air conditioning. For free, we offer you Wifi and a parking space.

Can I rent additional parking spaces?Additional parking spaces can only be rented upon arrival/check-in and subject to availability. The rental cost is 8 euros per day / 50 euros per week.

Is there an elevator in the complex?We do not have an elevator and access to the apartments is only via stairs (not suitable for the disabled).

Do all apartments have sea views?All our apartments have sea views, except the "gardens" type.

What size are the beds?The double beds are approximately 1.50 x 1.90 meters and the single beds are approximately 0.90 x 1.90 meters. The sofa beds are approximately 1.35 x 1.90 meters.

Can I choose the apartment before arriving?You can choose between 1 or 2 bedrooms, deluxe or gardens. However, apartments are automatically assigned on the day of arrival and cannot be chosen.

How is the kitchen equipped in the apartments?How is the kitchen equipped in the apartments? The apartments, except the Deluxe apartment, have a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator and standard kitchenware.
